Data controller. The Caribbean AI Risk Management Council (CAIRMC) is the controller of the personal data you provide. Contact: privacy@caribbeanairisk.com.
What we collect & why. Your survey answers are collected to produce aggregate research on the state of AI risk management in the Caribbean. Your name and work email are collected only to (1) send you the report, (2) enter you in the prize draw if you opt in, and (3) help us ensure one response per professional.
Anonymity. Findings are analysed and published only in aggregate, anonymised form and are never attributed to you or your organisation without the explicit “with attribution” consent above. Your identifying details are kept separate from your published answers.
Lawful basis. We process your data on the basis of your consent(GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)) and, where relevant, our legitimate interest in conducting industry research. Results are used for research and marketing purposes as described here.
Sharing & retention. We do not sell your personal data. Data is stored securely via our form processor (Netlify) and retained no longer than needed for the study and follow-up, after which identifying data is deleted or fully anonymised.
Your rights. You may withdraw consent or request access, correction, or deletion of your data at any time by emailing privacy@caribbeanairisk.com. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.
The prize draw is open to respondents who opt in; five winners are selected at random after the study closes and contacted via the email provided. No purchase is necessary to enter.
